Q1: What if the size doesn’t fit?
A: You can request an exchange within 8 days as long as the item meets our conditions (unworn, with tag, no stains or damage). Please check our “Exchange & Return Policy” page for full details.

Q2: Can I get a refund?
A: Yes, refund is possible within 60 days after you receive the item, only if your request is approved by our team. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos, and we will review your case.

Q3: Are your sizes true to size?
A: We follow our Size Guide as closely as possible, but fit may vary slightly by design and material. If you are unsure, contact us on WhatsApp with your height, weight, and usual size and we will help you choose.

Q4: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery time depends on your area. For BEIRA, it usually takes around 26 to 30 days and for Bulk Sales up to 45 days. For other areas, it may take 45 days but not more then 60 days. Please see our “Delivery & Shipping” page for more details.

Q5: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Some popular items will be restocked, but not all designs. You can message us on WhatsApp with the product name/ photo and size you want, and we will inform you if restock is planned.

Q6: Can I change my address or order after placing it?
A: You can request changes as long as your order has not been packed or shipped yet. Contact us on WhatsApp or any sales Agent as soon as possible with your order number and new details.
