Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your TeQma_Fashion purchase. Please read our exchange and return policy carefully before ordering.
Eligibility
- Exchange is allowed within 8 days after you receive the item.
- Refund is allowed within 60 days after you receive the item, only if your request is approved by our team.
- Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With original tag and packaging
- No perfume, makeup stains, or damage
Not eligible
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
- Accessories or innerwear (for hygiene reasons).
How to request an exchange or refund
1) Contact us on WhatsApp and provide your order number and clear photos of the item.
2) Tell us if you want an exchange or refund.
3) Our team will review your request and confirm whether it is approved.
4) You return the item according to our instructions (drop-off at the sales Agent or via courier).
5) After we receive and check the item:
- For exchange: we send the replacement item.
- For refund: we process the refund within 60 days to the method we agree on (e.g. bank transfer / wallet).
Shipping cost
- If the item is wrong or defective from our side, we will cover or share the return shipping (according to our agreement).
- If it is a change of mind or wrong size chosen by the customer, the customer will cover the shipping cost for return and resending.
